Fall Colors and Tiffany Falls, Hamilton, Ontario

Tiffany Falls – A Natural Beauty

Tiffany Falls is nestled in a narrow ravine just outside the heart of Hamilton, and is one of the area’s most accessible and beautiful waterfalls. Its vertical drop of 21 metres (69 feet) flows gracefully over layers of stratified rock, often framed by dense foliage or glistening ice in colder months.

This image was captured in the autumn. The flow of the water remained steady, allowing for a long exposure that softens the fall into silky strands. The tight gorge creates a natural frame for the scene, emphasizing the waterfall’s vertical lines and textured backdrop.

Tiffany Falls is located in the Ancaster area of Hamilton. It’s just a short walk from the parking lot along a well-maintained trail that follows a small creek. A wooden platform near the base provides a great viewing and shooting position.

In addition to Tiffany Falls, there are many wonderful waterfalls in the vicinity. Check out my blog post, Discover the Best Waterfalls in Hamilton!
