Notre-Dame Cathedral, is one of the most iconic landmarks in the world. My photos are taken before the tragic fire in 2019. While photographed millions of times, there are numerous compositional opportunities. I am preferential when churches and monuments are lit during sunset and blue hour with this being framed from across the River Seine. The cathedral is a masterpiece of French Gothic architecture. Completed in the 14th century, the cathedral is renowned for its stunning façade, intricate sculptures, and magnificent stained-glass windows. The towering spires (which are now new after the rebuild) flying buttresses, and gargoyles add to its beauty.
