This Charley Young Beach sunset is softer, with pastel clouds over misty water and dark lava rocks. Charley Young Beach is my favourite beach in Maui. I have been to the state of Hawaii about a half dozen times and Kihei Maui is my go-to spot to stay for several reasons; beaches, snorkeling, local vibe, photographic opportunity and more. While Charley Young and Kamaole Beach Park I (and II and III) are super for families with young children, with a little bit of exploration can offer a stunning foreground for those amazing Maui sunsets.
