This narrow Antelope Canyon slot glows orange and red as light bounces down the walls. Antelope Canyon was formed by the erosion of Navajo Sandstone due to flash flooding. Located on Navajo land, there is an Upper and Lower portion of Antelope Canyon. The Upper being easier to visit and very picturesque with some iconic photos. But in my opinion the Lower canyon is superior overall from a photogenic perspective. It does require ladders to descend and navigate this amazing slot canyon.
