Dubrovnik is a stunning coastal city located on the Adriatic Sea in southern Croatia. Often referred to as the “Pearl of the Adriatic,” and for good reason as it is truly a unique treasure. Lovrijenac Fortress was an integral part of Dubrovnik’s castle complex. Situated on a cliff, it offered amazing views of the Adriatic Sea. The castle’s beauty and historical significance have made it a popular filming location including the famous “Game of Thrones” series, where it was featured as King’s Landing. The city is remarkable and I will return to photograph it again.
